Description:

DGM- Digital Marketing
  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies, with a focus on paid media, account-based marketing (ABM), and performance marketing to drive lead generation, customer acquisition and engagement.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to optimize campaign performance and enhance customer engagement throughout the sales funnel to grow sales pipeline and revenue closure.
  • Continuously test and optimize campaigns for better performance (e.g., A/B testing, audience segmentation)
  • Create curated content and personalization to deliver the right message to the right audience at the right time.
  • Plan & execute drip campaigns via email marketing that nurture leads and retain customers.
  • Creativity to design visually stunning and responsive campaigns based on deep customer insights
  • Set campaign objectives, metrics, and KPIs, while providing regular reporting to stakeholders and identifying opportunities for growth and continuous improvement.
  • Monitor, calculate & measure Customer metrics like Impressions, Conversion rates, Acquisition costs, CPL, CTR, ROAS, CLV - Create and maintain dashboards for all campaigns
  • Drive strong digital engagement growth including MAU (Monthly Active Users), Recurring Active Users (RAUs), Growth in Website Visits etc.
  • Handle special transversal projects for Brand Lauritz Knudsen
  • Collaborate with cross-functional and global teams to align digital marketing initiatives with overall business objectives, fostering a culture of creativity, innovation, and excellence.

  • Master's degree in marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 7-10 years of progressive experience in digital marketing, with a demonstrable track record of success in performance marketing, email marketing, ABM, paid media analytics.
  • Experience of working with reputed companies, B2B experience is strongly preferred.
  • Expertise in leveraging Sales and Marketing automation platforms, CDP, CRM systems, and analytics tools to drive campaign effectiveness.
  • Strong understanding of B2B marketing dynamics and proven experience in top B2B companies
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud SFMC, SFDC, CDP, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Adobe Marketo, and marketing analytics tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Exceptional analytical, communication, and leadership skills with a keen eye for detail
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a fast-paced matrix organization.
