Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Reporting & Analytics Manager to lead our efforts in transforming data into actionable insights. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record of developing and delivering impactful reports and dashboards. You will be responsible for managing a team, collaborating with stakeholders across the organization, and driving the development of our reporting and analytics capabilities.

Job Description:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive reporting and analytics roadmap aligned with the company's strategic objectives and long-term vision.
• Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track business performance.
• Proactively identify emerging trends and opportunities in data analytics and reporting and translate them into actionable strategies.
• Establish and maintain a center of excellence for reporting and analytics, promoting best practices and fostering innovation.
• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
• Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of all reporting deliverables, adhering to established data governance and quality standards.

• Implement and manage automated reporting processes to improve efficiency and scalability.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to understand their reporting and analytics needs and gather business requirements for new reports and dashboards.
• Manage the report request queue, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality reporting solutions.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business value.

• Translate complex data into clear, concise, and compelling narratives that resonate with stakeholders.
• Provide actionable recommendations based on data analysis, supporting data-driven decision-making across the organization.
• Perform root cause analysis to identify and address underlying issues impacting business performance.
• Implement version control and proper documentation for all reporting assets.
• Experience with statistical analysis and data interpretation.
• Proficiency in SQL and data manipulation languages. [Preferred]
• Experience with data warehousing and data modelling concepts. [Preferred]

Qualifications

BE/MBA with 9-10 years of experience; other qualification with higher relevant experience
