Description:

Key Responsibilities1. Solution Leadership
  • Lead the positioning and deployment of LV Digital Power solutions including Advanced Metering and Power Quality systems.
  • Drive adoption of smart, connected electrical infrastructure aligned with customer needs and industry trends.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for LV systems, enabling customers to transition towards digital energy management.
2. Sales & Business Development
  • Drive end-to-end sales for LV digital offerings across key segments and geographies.
  • Own and deliver revenue, order intake, and growth targets for the LV digital portfolio.
  • Engage with key accounts to identify opportunities in retrofit, modernization, and greenfield projects.
3. Specification & Consultant Engagement
  • Drive spec-in strategy by influencing consultants, EPCs, and system integrators.
  • Ensure inclusion of LV digital solutions in project specifications and tender requirements.
  • Deliver technical presentations, value propositions, and solution design support to stakeholders.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Collaborate with Digital Switchboard, EcoStruxure, and Transformation teams to deliver integrated LV solutions.
  • Work with marketing, product, and execution teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
  • Enable a unified approach to digital LV ecosystem development.
5. Market Intelligence & Strategy
  • Track market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory landscape in LV, metering, and power quality domains.
  • Identify new growth areas such as energy efficiency, sustainability, and IoT-enabled solutions.
  • Translate insights into sales strategies, GTM plans, and solution positioning.
6. Technical & Sales Enablement
  • Enable internal teams and partners through trainings, workshops, and solution deep-dives.
  • Build strong awareness of LV digital offerings and value differentiation.
  • Support complex deals with technical expertise and solution customization.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical / Electronics Engineering (Master's preferred).
  • 12+ years of experience in LV sales, business development, or solution management within electrical / power / automation industries.
  • Strong expertise in LV systems, metering, power quality, and energy management platforms.
  • Proven experience in specification selling, consultant engagement, and digital solution sales.
