Position Title - NPI Assembly Engineer

Experience - 3-5 years

Qualification - B.E/ B.Tech (Electrical / Mechanical)

Work location - Ahmednagar, Maharashtra

Key Responsibilities:

• Assembly engineering in Control Gear & SDF Area.

• Industrialization of New Product Development which includes MO0DC, MO1 DC, SDF & New MCB Area.

• Line Establishment of New Products, Yield Improvement, Problem Resolution on line, Cost Analysis.

• Support to production lines for smooth production completion.

• System compliance & documentation like SOP, SAP activities, PL, BOM, Cost analysis & Control, etc.

Functional Competencies:

• Technical competency in Industrialization of New products.

• Good process knowledge in Assembly area like joining processes, welding processes, POKAYOKE, Testing of products, SPC, PFC, PFMEA, DFA, fixture design, MOST, Line Integration, etc.
