Role Summary

The Product Manager will lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution of the Smartcomm Platform, driving innovation in SCADA-like applications, IoT integrations, and digital customer experiences. The role requires strong techno-functional expertise and the ability to translate business needs into scalable product solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and own the Smartcomm product vision, roadmap, and feature prioritisation
  • Lead end-to-end product lifecycle: ideation, development, launch, and continuous improvement
  • Drive development of core platform capabilities:
    • Real-time monitoring & remote control
    • Device integration (IoT, controllers, sensors)
    • Dashboards, analytics, and reporting
    • Alerts, notifications, and system health
  • Collaborate with engineering, sales, and customer teams to deliver high-impact solutions
  • Ensure seamless integration with enterprise systems (CRM, ERP, data platforms)
  • Support go-to-market strategy, product positioning, and customer engagements
Candidate Profile

Experience
  • 3-8 years' experience, including Product Management roles
  • Experience in industrial software, SCADA, IoT, or energy management platforms preferred
Key Skills
  • Strong understanding of SCADA / IoT platforms and real-time data systems
  • Product lifecycle management and agile methodologies
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms, APIs, and digital architecture
  • Stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
