What You Will Do

The position is responsible for:

Key Responsibilities

• Be a Subject Matter Expert on External Manufacturing Technology supporting specifically the hydration and energy portfolio but could evolve in the future as business develops.

• Scout, test and scale new packaging solutions for maximum business and customer benefit, following robust country regulatory and quality requirements.

• Collaborate with External Manufacturing (EM), R& D & Global Experts to align on equipment, process and packaging material innovation and improvements.

• Engage in external benchmarking and identify opportunities for continuous improvement, innovation, and cost improvement.

• Build networks and partnerships with EMs, Universities, Institutes, Consultants, etc. in the relevant industry.

• Leverage internal and external expertise and apply principles of Knowledge Management to drive innovation and optimization.

• Close engagement in the development of EM-specific technology incorporating state of the art and fit-for-purpose packaging technology solutions touching Kenvue portfolio.

• Be the Preferred "go-to" expert (SME) for continuous improvement, innovation and cost improvement related to hydration and energy portfolio.

• Build necessary technical capabilities within India and Global Platform SMEs.

• Work with senior leaders on continuous cost optimization to support the growth ambition.

Qualifications

What We Are Looking For

Required Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering or related field; preferred masters with a minimum of 10 years in manufacturing or end to end Supply chain role with technical or leadership role is required. With expertise of partnership with country and regional level internal and external stakeholders.

• Ability to drive complex technical projects / issues and to improve existing process / packaging to increase efficiencies and gross profit is required.

• Highly developed expertise in one or more core areas related to manufacturing of Purified Water and Liquid Consumer/OTC Foods and similar forms packed in typical packaging such as Tetra Pak ® technology is required

• Track record of successful Project- / Program technical leadership including lean design, commissioning, and qualification from concept through scheduling, operations, improvements, and cost control is required.

• You should have worked in high paced matrix environment with cross functional team and diverse leadership and group of people to be influenced/inspired.

• PS: Role will require you to travel frequently (Domestic and International) and will be based at Mumbai INDIA
