What You Will Do This role will focus on delivering professional sales team's KPIs by:
- Leading all strategic and digital initiatives / projects
- Identifying execution gaps and building solutions to strengthen field team effectiveness
- Strengthening data analytics capability of One Professional Organization
- Building vision of professional sales IT initiatives and leading development and deployment
- Track professional sales team OKRs and identify solutions to drive performance
- Lead and own execution of HCP activation strategy in collaboration with Professional Sales & Marketing Teams
Key Responsibilities - Thought leadership in crafting HCP activation strategy with the Professional sales and marketing teams.
- Plan, target and monitor complete track of HCP related metrics and drive strong analytics around them to identify opportunity areas to further strengthen outcomes.
- Lead and recommend solutions / activities to drive sales force effectiveness metrics thereby positively impacting professional sales team OKRs.
- Lead MIS and advanced analytics solutions combining internal and external data to identify key trends and business opportunities.
- Lead development of business reports by combining sales and field force data points to help understand business health and identify challenges / opportunities.
- Support Director Professional Sales to drive professional sales team performance by setting up regular review mechanisms.
- Be a key enabler to ensure the relevant stakeholders are equipped with the right information for decision making.
- Be the custodian of data and information flow; o wn professional sales data master data and ensures stability and accuracy.
- Convert business needs into technical briefs and lead development and deployment of relevant digital and strategic projects.
- Understand sales operation processes of professional team and lead the digitization of the same to minimize manual interventions.
- Keep track of key industry trends and tech solution to further strengthen the professional team processes and performance.
- Own HCP activation strategy by defining Where-to-Play (HCP Specialties) and How-to-Win choices (HPC Engagement and Activities) for all franchise in close collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
- Develop and own HCP activation and promotional activity calendar for all franchises and ensure timely execution.
- Build connections with commercial leadership team & stakeholders across organization to influence outcomes, enable team success and foster long-term partnerships.
What We Are Looking For Required Qualifications and Experience • Post Graduate studies in Business Management with total experience of 10 years in FMCG / Consumer Healthcare and Pharmaceutical Organizations.
• Having at least 3 years of experience in Sales Analytics and Reporting and team handling.
• Strong understanding of FMCG / Consumer Healthcare GTM and well-versed with-sales IT systems namely, Handheld, SFA, DMS, Master Data Management.
• Experience in handling sales IT projects and rolling them out at national level.
• Solid analytical thinking and problem-solving, with ability to synthesize large data points to arrive at actionable insights.
• Proven track in stakeholder management, collaboration, influencing, project management and execution skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively engage with internal and external stakeholders.
• Self-driven, energetic, strong in operations and comfortable with ambiguity.
