Job Title: Associate - Engineering
Job Profile: Experienced Operator, Manufacturing Product & Packaging Operations (S1)
Job Description:
This job exists at Ethicon, Aurangabad under plant engineering department to support
manufacturing activities in order to meet business requirements
(1) Provide technical support to day-to-day operations
(2) Maintenance of machinery & equipment
(3) Support machine improvements & modifications
(4) Maintain applicable documents & records as per GDP norms
2. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
The Associate-Engineering will functionally report to engineer/ officer and be responsible for supporting manufacturing processes by
(1) Constructing sub-assemblies & tooling, inspection, installation, adjustment, testing, repair &
maintenance
(2) Troubleshooting of equipment, components, devices and systems.
(3) Execution of engineering maintenance designed to ensure uninterrupted production consistent
with established company procedure
(4) Maintain maintenance check sheets, daily log books, FRM's, and log sheets in engineering area
as per good documentation practices
(5) Use only QA department issued engineering log books, FRM's, and log sheets as per company
procedure for control of documents
(6) Support calibration activities
(7) To work in shifts to provide technical & engineering support and information to manufacturing
activities
(8) To support modification & improvement projects, engineering project activities (like installation &
commissioning)
(9) Support in incoming inspection of spares & audit activities
