Job Description:

Conducts registered and non-registered clinical studies and communicates information about daily trial operations to internal teams. Plans daily operations to ensure adherence to clinical trial guidelines and to keep team members on schedule. Identifies potential sites, ensuring compliance to company and other relevant safety, security, and privacy regulations. Drives trial efficiency improvements to contribute to clinical and medical trial efforts. Serves as a key leader from the Clinical and Medical Operations area, providing information and acting as a point of contact for leadership during cross-functional meetings. Acts independently in communicating with external parties to upkeep and improve operations outside of the company. Guides junior colleagues through consultation and mentoring in techniques and processes, and provides functional (matrix) supervision. Integrates Johnson & Johnson’s Credo and Leadership Imperatives into team goals and decision making.
