We are looking for an experienced leader to lead the MedTech commercial data platform for North America. This person will work under the guidance of the MedTech global data technical platform manager to modernize our commercial data platforms and analysis systems, giving MedTech new intelligence, integration, and digital abilities. The improved system will create a unified data model and boost commercial capabilities, while also reducing our dependence on old systems and end-end simplification.

This role involves leading the strategic planning, execution, and deployment of MedTech's data platform plans. The ideal candidate will have a deep knowledge of MedTech Commercial and Supply Chain areas, and a strong understanding of related data. Strong leadership and strategic planning skills are essential for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership Excellence: Lead a team of talents in deploying data and analytical platforms within an environment that fosters innovation and excellence.

• Product and Platform Development and Enhancement: Oversee the design, development, and modernization of Data and Analytical Platforms, ensuring compliance with medical standards and regulations.

• Cutting-Edge Research: Stay current with the latest trends and advancements in cloud technologies, modern data, and analytical platforms, and their applications in MedTech to drive continuous innovation.

• Data Quality, Integrity, and Compliance: Uphold the highest standards of data quality, privacy, and security, adhering to relevant healthcare regulations.

• Collaborative Partnerships: Work closely with business stakeholders, the Global Data Platform Manager, Strategic Partners, and IT teams to deliver and deploy roadmaps.

• Financial Oversight: Assist the Global Data Platform Manager in tracking and managing the program budget, ensuring effective resource allocation and value realization.

• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with the program.

• Change Management and Communications: Facilitate effective change management and communication strategies.Qualifications:

• Holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, with proficiency in Azure and AWS cloud services, as well as modern data platforms.

• Possesses over 12 years of experience in IT, extensive experience with Data and Analytics within the Life Sciences industry.

• Preferably has cross-functional experience in Commercial, R& D, and Supply Chain.

• Demonstrates a proven track record in leading successful large scale & transformational programs.

• Exhibits a comprehensive understanding of Medical Technology commercial regulations and standards.

• Boasts strong leadership and team management skills.

• Possesses excellent communication, collaboration, and strategic thinking abilities.

• Embraces an innovative and forward-looking mindset.

• Eager to learn.

This position would operate in the North America, EST time zone, to align with global assignments
