Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Project Leads, and IT teams to resolve issues and ensure solutions are viable and consistent.

• Create and maintain system guidelines, manuals, and documentation for organizational use.

• Develop and implement risk mitigation plans.

• Conduct training sessions and workshops on system processes.

• Perform regular system reviews and generate reports on efficiencies and improvement areas.

• Structure and prioritize business requirements, communicating plans with stakeholders for review and approval.

• Apply project management skills to oversee system-related initiatives.

• Cost optimization on Cloud

• Utilize data modeling and data visualization tools to support decision-making.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3–5 years of proven experience as a System Analyst or similar role.

• Strong knowledge of system processes, documentation, and risk management.

• Proficiency in data modeling and data visualization tools.

• Excellent project management and organizational skills.

• High-level written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to conduct training sessions and workshops effectively.
