About the Role:
As the Global People Solutions Jr Analyst, you will provide Workday and other global HR system support at a global level.
The key responsibilities include:
Create documentation and standards for system knowledge;
Act as a global functional expert for the HR data platform (Workday);
Provide support to regional and local teams to answer technical and processes questions on global HR systems;
Collaborate in the global standardization of ways of doing things;
Assist with data analysis, report creation, dashboard developments;
Audit Support;
Continuous improvements to the customers and process review.
What you can bring to the role:
Bachelor’s degree;
Advanced English;
Intermediate knowledge in Excel;
Experience with HR processes will be a differential;
Experience with Workday will be a differential;
Strong relationship with the customers;
Good Analytics skills.
