About the Role:
The Data Analytics Consultant operates within the Commercial Center of Excellence(COE), driving digitally enabled workstreams and solutions to enhance value forcustomers and optimize time for strategic and value-creation activities. The Data Analytics and Reporting platform is a key enabler of the strategic roadmap, with the objective of fostering a data-driven focus across all commercial programs, projects, and teams—including Procurement, Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Energy, and Transportation.
Data Product Development: Design and build dashboards and data products using Power BI and Microsoft tools to support business decision-making.
End-to-End Analytics: Lead analytical projects from data extraction and modeling to visualization and presentation of insights.
Business Partnership: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., procurement, sales, marketing, supply chain) to identify opportunities and deliver data-driven solutions.
Strategic Reporting: Develop and present reports to management, highlighting key trends and supporting strategic decisions.
Data Governance & Best Practices: Ensure data quality, security, and compliance, while promoting knowledge sharing and the use of automated tools.
Coaching & Collaboration: Act as a key liaison with IT and business teams, mentoring colleagues on analytics tools and fostering a data-driven culture.
What you can bring to this role:
MSc or BSc degree required (Business, Marketing, Statistics, Applied Math, Computer Science, Supply Chain/Logistics, Finance, Engineering, or related fields).
Advanced / Fluent English.
Knowledge of commercial processes: purchasing, sales, marketing, logistics, energy, and transportation.
Skills in MS Excel, MS Access, SharePoint, ThinkCell, SQL, and business intelligence tools (Power BI).
Experience in data/business analytics with large datasets.
Knowledge in data governance and compliance.
Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
