Description:

Schneider Electric has an opportunity for a 12 month internship as a Warehouse Internin our Rojo Gomez Plant in CDMX.

A typical day for you might include:
  • Give the support to supervises and distributes the activities of the personnel under supervisor's charge.
  • Monitors the entry and exit of warehouse materials and equipment.
  • Prepares the annual procurement schedule for the warehouse.
  • Supervises the organization classification of merchandise in the warehouse.
  • Prepares purchase orders for the acquisition of materials and informs the purchasing and supply units.
  • Monitors established inventory stock levels of goods and services.
  • Prepare daily reports on the entry and exit of warehouse material.
  • Performs and/or coordinates inventories in the warehouse.
  • Maintains control of the accounting of requisitions.
  • Review and confirm reports, petty cash correspondence, attendance control, expense reports and others.
  • Archive merchandise requisitions, purchase requisitions, shipping guide and delivery orders.
  • Keep track of merchandise shipped against merchandise in stock.
