What will you do: - Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and implement effective recruitment strategies
- Execute full-cycle recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiations for interns and recent graduates roles
- Drive campus recruitment initiatives and manage volume hiring campaigns
- Build and maintain a diverse talent pipeline through proactive sourcing and employer branding
- Guide hiring managers through selection processes while ensuring best practices in recruitment
What will make you successful: - Demonstrated experience in full-cycle recruitment and talent acquisition
- Strong understanding of recruitment methodologies and hiring practices
