What will you do:

• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and implement effective recruitment strategies
• Execute full-cycle recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiations for interns and recent graduates roles
• Drive campus recruitment initiatives and manage volume hiring campaigns
• Build and maintain a diverse talent pipeline through proactive sourcing and employer branding
• Guide hiring managers through selection processes while ensuring best practices in recruitment

• Demonstrated experience in full-cycle recruitment and talent acquisition
• Strong understanding of recruitment methodologies and hiring practices
