What do you get to do in this position? - Main activities
- Generate forecast of all our assembly lines and ensure the accuracy.
- Tracking and communication of service and plant performance KPIs (Invoicing, On Time Delivery, Backorder Value, Backlog, etc.)
- Ensure the plant is loaded against the capacity of all our assembly lines, taking into account headcount, supply chain constraints, etc.
- Weekly updates of the CapOps charts
- Generate information and communicate Supply Reviews with the NAM SIOP leader and within the plant.
- Continuous communication with NAM demand planners, ETO NAM plants, and SIOP leaders.
This role has high exposure within the plant and with NAM Directors. Need to work with support areas in order to obtain full manufacturing information and develop forecast information to communicate with plant STAFF.
QualificationsThis job might be for you if: - BS mechatronics, industrial, electrical engineer or related / MBA is prefered
- English advanced able to speak fluently with natives and non natives speakers
- Passionate to customer satisfaction improvement.
- Expertise with forecast and demand planning
- Manufacturing or supply chain intermediate processes
