We are seeking a highly strategic and execution-oriented Senior Specialist, Strategy to help drive business growth through the design, governance, and execution of commercial initiatives.
This role will partner closely with senior leadership to define strategic priorities, translate them into actionable plans, establish business cadence mechanisms, and ensure accountability across the organization.
The ideal candidate comes from a strategy consulting, business transformation, commercial excellence, or strategic planning background and has experience leading cross-functional initiatives in complex organizations.

Key Responsibilities
Strategy Development
- Partner with leadership to define commercial priorities and growth strategies.
- Translate business objectives into actionable initiatives and execution plans.
- Identify opportunities to improve commercial effectiveness and organizational performance.
- Establish and manage governance mechanisms to track strategic initiatives.
- Drive operating rhythms, business reviews, and executive cadences.
- Monitor progress against strategic objectives and KPIs.
- Identify execution gaps and provide recommendations to accelerate results.
- Develop dashboards and executive reporting.
- Analyze business performance trends and generate actionable insights.
- Support decision-making through data-driven recommendations.
- Coordinate multiple stakeholders across sales, marketing, operations, finance, and services.
- Facilitate alignment and accountability across teams.
- Drive organizational change and adoption of strategic initiatives
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, Finance, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in:
- Management Consulting
- Commercial Excellence
- Business Transformation
- Strategic Planning
- Sales Excellence
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience building executive-level presentations and dashboards.
- Advanced English.
- Experience in top-tier consulting firms.
- Experience leading transformation programs.
- Experience in industrial, technology, energy, engineering, or B2B environments.
- MBA preferred.
