Rojo Gomez location in

The PC Depot team will interact with a wide array of IT support services within North America and perform responsibilities such as:
- Lead PC depot technicians on site at Rojo Gomez location.
- Responsible for Mexico PC depot operations, governance of PC operations by the Canadian "Insight Depot, " and support and oversight to Costa Rica PC operations to meet or exceed PC related KPIs and associated SLAs.
- Manage Depot Processes and PC lifecycle using Service Now ticket management, ServiceNow Configuration Management Database (CMDB) and other IT asset management tools.
- Oversee the entire lifecycle of PCs, starting from receipt from the vendor. Responsibilities include preparation, shipping to designated addresses, PC refresh or replacement, receiving and processing returned assets from users (or business units), and ensuring appropriate disposal or disposition of equipment while maintaining accurate CMDB data throughout.
- Manage physical and logical hardware inventory within the PC Depot and oversee inventory levels at other locations. Provide accurate run-rate data and collaborate in developing PC forecast.
- Load operating system on computers using standard deployment and build procedures.
- Install end user applications and load user profiles using predefined processes.
- Collaborate with technical Staff, asset managers and end users expedite laptop build process.
- Evaluate business needs and recommend solutions in accordance with SE standards.
- Troubleshoot issues/errors, conduct diagnostics, repairs, imaging, and software deployments for desktop and laptop systems.
- Evaluate and implement process and workflow improvements. Provide input and collaborate for depot-specific dashboards.
- Evaluate and process damaged or malfunctioning PC hardware in accordance with contracted warranty or SE chargeback for liability processes.
- Responsible for managing and processing procurement and requisitions for operating costs of the PC depot in COUPA. Responsibilities include Freight costs (FedEx), PC repair parts and services, PC warranty claims, and PC depot operating supplies (boxes, packing material, shipping labels, printers, office supplies, PC preparation supplies, etc.).
- Continuously collaborate with ITAM User Experience and ITAM Sourcing & Asset Management (NAM) team members/managers and NAM Tech Partners and their Managers.

- The ability to stay HIGHLY organized while working in a very fast-paced, high volume environment.
- Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to coach and develop technicians.
- Good understanding of current PC based technologies, Microsoft OS, networking essentials and supported applications.
- Bilingual (Spanish and English) required for vendor management and stakeholder engagement.
- A 2-year post-high school degree or equivalent.
- 3+ years' experience or relative education in administration and support of PC computer systems.
- Working knowledge and experience installing, maintaining and supporting Windows.
- Possess strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, as demonstrated by leading a team to resolve issues and clearly documenting the solution for both technical and non-technical users.
- The ability to lift 40lbs.
