Description:

This is an exciting role that will offer opportunity to grow and learn within our Human Resources and Total Rewards Administration space. This individual will be tasked with multiple assignments regarding processes that operate and execute our Rewards Offers.

  • Learn and understand our Mexico Rewards offers
  • Assist with responding to inquiries from employees and partnering with our vendors to resolve them
  • Provide excellent customer service to our employees and stakeholders
  • Operate and administer our benefit offers
  • Prepare, review, and analyze high volumes of data
  • Provide administrative support to our Rewards Specialist team members
  • Opportunity to learn and support in the administration of Rewards offers across North and South America.

  • Location Planta Rojo Gómez, Iztapalapa.
What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
    • Are currently enrolled in an accredited university, graduation date: December 2026 or later. (MUST)
    • Bachelor Degree in Data analytics, data management, related.
    • You enjoy critical thinking, customer service and supporting employees.
    • Have advanced digital skills, learn fast utilizing digital platforms.
    • Have proficient use of Excel. (MUST)
    • Have proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
    • Speak fluent (read, write, and speak) English and Spanish. (MUST)
    • Portuguese is a plus.
    • Have excellent communication and customer service skills.
