What do you get to do in this position?

Key Responsibilities:

Manage Public Bids: Coordinate and to advise the preparation and submission of public bids

Documentation Control: Maintain and organize all bid-related documents, ensuring accuracy and accessibility for team members.

Stakeholder Communication: Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to gather information and clarify bid requirements.

Market Research: Conduct research on upcoming public tenders and evaluate opportunities for the organization.

Proposal Development: Assist in the development of compelling proposals that align with organizational goals and client needs.

Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the Power & Grid team, including scheduling meetings and managing timelines.

This job might be for you if:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field.

Experience: Proven experience in bid management, proposal writing, or a similar administrative role.

Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.

Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Team Player: Ability to collaborate with diverse teams and build strong relationships with stakeholders.

Proficiency in Tools: Familiarity with bid management software and Microsoft Office Suite
