Description:

What will you do?
  • Support on info collection for reports, fill some data in ERP that will help on material classification, ask some information to suppliers, support on data cleansing/update, support on samples shipping, assist on price comparatives/data analysis, support pulling drawings for RFQs, communicate to suppliers about drawings updates, evidence collection for some audits.

  • Excel - Pivot Tables, calculated fields, graphs, and use of formulas for data analysis.

Who will you report to?
  • Reporting to the Plant Procurement Manager, will be a single contributor role. Main stakeholders will be Supply Chain, Engineering, and Procurement Sourcing Leaders
What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
  • Graduating on June 2026 or later
  • Active bachelor students related to: - Administration, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or related interested on procurement
  • English Level: - Advanced
  • Proactive, eager to learn and self-driven
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Ability to work in dynamic environments and multitask.
