What do you get to do in this position?

Schneider Electric is seeking a highly motivated Offer Marketing Manager to join our Digital Energy team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in developing and implementing marketing strategies for our energy solutions, focusing on energy efficiency, power quality, and building automation. This position requires strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of market dynamics.

Key Responsibilities:

Offer Development: Lead the development of innovative product offerings that meet customer needs and align with market trends.

Strategic Planning: Formulate and execute marketing strategies to enhance product visibility and market penetration.

Liaison with Line of Business (LoB): Collaborate closely with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment on product offerings and marketing initiatives.

Pricing Management: Oversee pricing strategies, ensuring competitive positioning while maintaining profitability.

New Product Launches: Manage the launch process for new products, including market analysis, positioning, and promotional activities.

Financial Review: Analyze financial performance, including delta pricing and margins, to inform strategic decisions and optimize product offerings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical or related field preferred).

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams effectively.Analytical mindset with a focus on financial metrics and performance analysis.
