Offer Administrator - Intern located at our
Polanco Hub located in
Mexico City.What You'll Be Doing: - Support all offer administration, meaning upload new references as market needs, obsolete references, check status in the different platforms such as selectors and updated information in web pages.
- Support on the cost analysis and pricing and all the tasks related to the maintenance of the references/offer in all systems.
- Scouting for prices against the competence, estimated wait times, etc.
- General Support for Business Developers with offer administration.
- Participation in projects related to inventory management and products.
This Role Might Be a Great Fit If You: - Are an active student of the following Engineerings: Industrial, Electrical, Electrical and Automation, Mechatronics or related graduating in June 2026 or a later date.
- Fluent English level (Written and spoken)
- Intermediate to advanced Excel level
- Issue resolution
- Good administration skills
- Proactive
