Mission: As the Manufacturing Chief, you will be at the forefront of our production processes, responsible for the application and management of standardized manufacturing methods. Your leadership will inspire our team of supervisors and operators to achieve operational excellence while ensuring a safe and compliant work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership Excellence: Lead and manage a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Operational Performance: Ensure the performance of the manufacturing entity through effective team management and resource alignment with short, medium, and long-term goals.
- Training & Development: Implement and oversee training plans for successful execution of standardized work, while promoting individual and team growth.
- Continuous Improvement: Actively contribute to ongoing improvement initiatives, leveraging your expertise to enhance production processes.
- Safety & Compliance: Enforce adherence to HSE and 5S rules across the shop floor, managing incidents and ensuring a safe working environment.
- Quality Assurance: Uphold the highest quality standards by enforcing compliance with the quality system and defined processes.
- Resource Management: Optimize human and technical resources, balancing workloads according to the Master Production Schedule and customer demands.
- People Management: Drive engagement, well-being, and performance management within your team, including goal setting and competency development.
- Change Management: Lead change initiatives and address social impacts effectively.
Qualifications-
- Educational Background: Degree in business, management, logistics, or a related engineering field is essential.
- Experience: 4 to 5 years of experience in team leadership, preferably in a production or warehouse supervisory role.
- Language Skills: Advanced English proficiency is a must.
- Passion for Operations: A strong passion for operations and process optimization.
- Leadership Skills: Proven leadership, organizational, and time management skills, with the ability to delegate effectively.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage and motivate your team.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry software.
- Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to tackle challenges head-on.
