Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor

As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will be crucial in managing our indirect materials warehouse and ensuring the effective control of spare parts. You will also oversee preventive maintenance in our plant, ensuring that our facilities and equipment operate at peak performance. Key Responsibilities:

Warehouse Management: Administer the indirect materials warehouse, ensuring accurate tracking and control of spare parts to support maintenance operations efficiently.

Preventive Maintenance Oversight: Lead the preventive maintenance program, ensuring timely and effective maintenance actions that enhance the reliability of our equipment.

Process Improvement: Develop and implement standardized processes to optimize safety, quality, and cost efficiency while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Main Activities: Enforce safety and health regulations, alongside the 5S methodology, to maintain a safe and organized workplace. Manage the maintenance department in alignment with SPS/SIM rules, focusing on key performance indicators such as OEE, MTBF, and MTTR.

Lead people management practices, including goal setting, performance management, competency development, and employee engagement.

Implement Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) to enhance the reliability and availability of workstations and production lines.

Collaborate with manufacturing to prioritize and execute maintenance action plans, ensuring machinery remains in optimal condition.

Optimize maintenance costs, including spare parts inventory management, while ensuring proper preservation of tools and equipment.

Organize and support your team in the implementation and ramp-up of new workstations or production lines.

Maintain and update the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to ensure business continuity in terms of equipment and tools.

Qualifications

Requirements:

Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a similar role in industrial maintenance or management of indirect materials warehouses.

Experience in implementing and managing preventive and corrective maintenance programs.

Knowledge in spare parts and tool inventory management.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Maintenance, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

Additional courses or specializations in maintenance management, operations management, or logistics are a plus.

Languages: Proficient in English (B2 level or higher), both spoken and written, to interact with international teams and handle technical documentation.

Certifications: Certification in maintenance (such as CMMS, TPM, or equivalent) is desirable. Training in health and safety management.Certifications in continuous improvement, such as Lean or Six Sigma, are valued.

Technical Skills: Knowledge of Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) and ERP systems. Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel for data analysis.

Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Ability to lead and motivate a team, as well as manage change effectively.
