As an e-Commerce Field Sales Representative, you drive business growth with assigned Distributor accounts, including eCommerce players and marketplaces. You build long-term relationships, leveraging Schneider Electric's campaigns and transformation initiatives to maximize sales performance both online and offline.
You execute operational and functional strategies within the distribution and eCommerce field sales discipline.
You focus on implementing non-technical processes and programs, utilizing specialized knowledge and professional judgment. You apply working knowledge of distribution and eCommerce field sales to deliver results that have some impact on others.
Decisions typically focus on methods, tactics, and processes to complete technical tasks. You solve routine and non-routine problems independently while seeking guidance for more complex issues, may influence others within the job area through explanations of facts, policies and practices.
You work independently with general guidance in adherence to policies, procedures, quality and compliance standards.
You orchestrate sales actions, understand Distributor needs, and ensure necessary conditions for optimal customer experience with Schneider Electric's portfolio.
You contribute to specialization, digitization, efficiency and sustainability initiatives within the distribution network.
What will you do?- Manage and grow Schneider's B2B & B2C business through e-shop and marketplace stores.
- Define and implement the channel strategy in the short, medium, and long term, taking into account the market, client, and campaigns for assigned accounts
- Working with relevant stakeholders as well as global eCommerce team to manage Schneider's eCommerce business model:
- Set up the right product portfolio for defined customer groups
- End to end responsibility from product scoping, content improvement traffic generation, online promotion to customer relationship management.
- Monitor and improve key indicators such as achievement of online sales targets, growth of online market share versus offline, and updates to digital content.
- Analyze and understand the online shopper journeys of the different buyers and use those insights to adapt the eCommerce strategy and execution plan.
QualificationsWhat qualifications will make you successful for this role?- Minimum 2 years of e-commerce management and/or online business development.
- Experience in eCommerce portal set up and eShop operation is highly appreciated.
- Good technological understanding of e-commerce platforms
- Understands the difference between B2B and B2C value chains; shopper behaviour, and be able to drive customer centric digital marketing campaigns and content improvements
- Having a solid understanding of digital analytics, to drive ROI improvements on digital marketing activities
- Good general understanding of e-marketing tools and instruments (SEM, SEO, Affiliation, Syndication, Retargeting, Mobile Marketing)
- Good understanding: Google Analytics, Nubimetrics, Tableau (desired)
