Description:

Senior Manufacturing Production Professional
Join our dynamic Manufacturing Production team and drive excellence in our state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities! We are seeking a Senior Professional to lead critical production processes, strengthen operational technology (OT) cybersecurity, and drive continuous improvement initiatives across the plant.
What will you do:
  • Lead specialized areas of manufacturing processes including process design, ergonomics, capacity planning, and performance optimization
  • Drive OT Cybersecurity initiatives to protect manufacturing infrastructure and enhance plant cyber resilience
  • Manage production activities to meet quality standards, schedules, and cost targets while minimizing waste
  • Lead and execute continuous improvement projects across production operations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production schedules and resource allocation
  • Apply strong knowledge of metal-mechanical transformation processes such as punching, cutting, welding, painting, and related fabrication activities
  • Utilize project management methodologies to plan, coordinate, and execute complex manufacturing and cybersecurity initiatives


What will make you successful:
  • Demonstrated expertise in manufacturing production processes and plant operations
  • More than 3 years of experience in metal-mechanical transformation processes (punching, cutting, welding, painting, etc.)
  • Strong background in OT Cybersecurity and industrial infrastructure protection
  • Proven experience implementing process improvements and driving operational excellence
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing workflows and production optimization
  • Project management experience coordinating complex, cross-functional initiatives
  • Advanced English proficiency for professional communication
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related engineering fields
  • Excellence in stakeholder management and communication
