Schneider Electric has an opportunity for a
HR Program Coordinator Intern in our
Monterrey or Mexico City location. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Intern to join our team as an Internship Program Coordinator. This role is ideal for someone passionate about process improvement and eager to support the development of our internship program.

- Act as first contact for other interns.
- Create innovative and informative executive presentations.
- Learning Path progress and Onboarding/Offboarding for interns.
- Work on process improvement initiatives to enhance the internship program.
- Provide support to managers with questions regarding the internship program.
- Liaise with third-party vendors to ensure timely payment of invoices related to intern scholarships.
- Create guides and manuals for the internship program.
- Monitor and maintain the headcount of interns.

This job might be for you if: - Active bachelor students from 6th semester and up related to the Human Resources area: Psychology, Business Management, International Business or People oriented studies. Financial degrees are welcome too. (Graduating in June 2026 or later).
- English Intermediate - Advanced
- Participation in extracurricular activities
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, OneDrive, Teams, PowerPoint)
- Nice to have: PPT design skills
- Proactive, accountable and driven mindset.
- Detail-oriented and problem-solving skills.
