Buscamos un Key Account Manager (KAM) dinámico y proactivo para unirse a nuestro equipo. En este rol, serás responsable de promover y vender una amplia gama de productos de canal, bajo la dirección del Gerente de Ventas de Canal, mientras atiendes las necesidades de cuentas clave y establecidas.

Responsabilidades Clave:
  • Establecimiento de Objetivos: Definir metas y objetivos ambiciosos, desarrollar planes de ventas y negocios, y ejecutar estrategias efectivas de contacto con clientes.
  • Relaciones Estratégicas: Utilizarás tus habilidades para interactuar con audiencias específicas, incluyendo distribuidores, contratistas, industrias y servicios públicos, asegurando que comprendan las ventajas de nuestros productos.
  • Generación de Oportunidades: Identificar y contactar clientes potenciales, tanto nuevos como existentes, para expandir nuestra base de clientes y maximizar las oportunidades de venta.
  • Conocimiento del Mercado: Mantenerte al día con las tendencias del mercado y productos competidores, entendiendo sus fortalezas y debilidades, y cómo nuestros productos se alinean con las necesidades del cliente.
  • Satisfacción del Cliente: Garantizar un alto nivel de satisfacción del cliente a través de una comunicación oportuna, gestión precisa de pedidos y seguimiento constante para asegurar la disponibilidad y entrega eficiente.
  • Implementación de Programas: Llevar a cabo programas de canal y mercadeo, asegurando que nuestras estrategias se alineen con las necesidades del mercado y de nuestros clientes.
