Take the Lead with These Responsibilities: - Monitor and analyze website traffic, conversion rates, and user behavior using Google Analytics (GA4) and ContentSquare.
- Build weekly and monthly Tableau dashboards to visualize performance across paid, owned, and earned channels.
- Own social listening & performance reporting in Sprinklr (reach, engagement, sentiment, share of voice).
- Track email & journey performance in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) (deliverability, CTOR, conversion).
- Support audience segmentation and data hygiene in Tealium CDP; collaborate on tag governance.
- Consolidate data from all marketing touchpoints and deliver clear, executive-ready insights.
- Partner with web, campaigns, and UX teams to recommend optimizations (landing pages, content, journeys).
What Skills and Capabilities Will Make You Successful- Strong analytical mindset; comfortable turning complex data into clear business narratives.
- Hands-on with GA4 and Tableau; working knowledge of ContentSquare, Sprinklr, SFMC, Tealium CDP.
- Proficient business English (written & spoken) for global collaboration and stakeholder reporting.
- Foundation in digital marketing (SEO/SEM, paid social, email, attribution).
- Data literacy: KPIs, cohort analysis, funnel metrics, A/B testing; Excel/Sheets fluency.
- Organized, curious, and proactive-able to manage part-time hours alongside studies.

Who Will You Report To- Reports to the Central Ops Manager (Marketing Operations), partnering with Digital Marketing Manager, Campaign Leads, Web/UX, and Data Analytics teams.
- Individual contributor role with high visibility and cross-functional stakeholders (regional marketing, sales operations, IT/data).
Key Qualifications for Thriving: - Currently pursuing a Bachelor's in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, Economics/Finance, or related.
- Graduating in Decemeber 2026 or later. (MUST)
- Business English proficiency. (MUST)
- Practical experience (coursework, projects, internships) with GA4, Tableau, and at least one of ContentSquare/Sprinklr/SFMC/Tealium.
- Demonstrated ability to build dashboards, analyze funnels, and present insights to stakeholders.
- Availability 30 hours/week in the morning, for Mexico City's hub (Polanco) (hybrid/remote depending on team needs).
