What will you do?

Objectives
  • Drive commercial growth in the Central-South region by expanding the pipeline, accelerating project closures, and strengthening partner relationships.
  • Position Schneider Electric's value-added solutions effectively in the electrical market.
  • Develop and lead a high-performing sales team aligned with strategic business goals.


Key Responsibilities
  • Lead regional commercial strategy execution, ensuring alignment with national objectives.
  • Manage and grow the sales pipeline, ensuring healthy conversion rates and forecast accuracy.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, distributors, and key accounts.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including public and private sector projects.
  • Collaborate with marketing, technical, and execution teams to deliver tailored customer solutions.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes impacting the electrical sector.
  • Coach and develop team members, fostering a culture of performance, agility, and accountability.
  • Ensure compliance with internal processes and ethical standards.

  • Strategic account management and business development.
  • Partner engagement and channel enablement.
  • Sales forecasting and pipeline reporting.
  • Talent development and team leadership.
  • Cross-functional collaboration with technical, execution, and marketing teams.
  • Travel to customer sites, partner offices, and internal meetings across the region.
Team Structure
  • Direct reports: 9 sales professionals


What qualifications will make you successful for this role?

Technical Requirements
  • Strong command of CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and pipeline management methodologies.
  • Solid understanding of the Mexican electrical market, including regulatory frameworks and key players.
  • Ability to articulate and position technical value propositions in Power Systems and Products.
  • Familiarity with commercial models, pricing strategies, and contract negotiation.

Required Experience

  • Proven track record in pipeline growth, partner management, and project closure
  • Experience leading regional teams and working cross-functionally


Education
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business Administration, or related field
  • MBA or postgraduate studies (preferred)
