Essential Functions - Process Shipment Requests
- Create picking material lists
- Create and update delivery calendar
- Stock Management
- Cycle Counts, Pool Management, Returned Goods
- WIP Management
- WIP Review, Reconcile, Project closeout, review of projects that are 90% complete
- Lead warehouse staff in Inventory preparation
- Assist in reviewing and implementing processes and procedures to improve the overall operation
- Other relative duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications - High School Diploma, or an equivalent combination of education/experience
- Current and valid US driver's license preferred
- At least 3 years of experience in similar position related to inventory practices, accounting, or finance
- Must pass pre-employment background check and drug test
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities - Experience with Microsoft Office
- Forklift certification (training will be provided)
- Good communication skills
- Leadership capabilities
Physical Demands This position requires physical activity consistent with a construction or installation environment. The employee will spend more than two-thirds of their time standing, kneeling, crouching, stooping, using hands to handle or feel, and reaching with hands and arms. Approximately one-third of the time may be spent walking and engaging in verbal communication or listening. Frequent lifting and moving of materials weighing between 25 and 50 pounds is required.
Work Environment This role may involve travel to project sites and exposure to a variety of environmental conditions. These may include outdoor weather, proximity to forklifts or other heavy machinery, and the use of hand tools or hardware. Employees may be subject to frequent heavy lifting and other physical demands typical of a construction or warehouse environment.
