Foreperson-Plants and Asphalt

What you can expect:

• $30.00/hour or more depending on experience, with a $10.00/hour shift differential.
• Annual increase potential.
• OT after 8.
• Paid Time Off.
• $1, 000 Referral Bonuses - unlimited!

What you will do: Coordinate asphalt plant activity.

• Communicate daily workload.
• Facilitate scheduling of liquids, aggregate, and plant start-up.
• Previous supervisory experience.
• Basic computer skills and strong communication and organization skills.
