What You’ll Get to Do

The Maintenance Technician is focused on maintaining and repairing production equipment and plant facilities and reports to the Maintenance Manager.

This role is perfect for an individual who has a strong technical aptitude, attention to detail, and is team-oriented / reliable. A vital member of the Maintenance Department, this is an opportunity to build a career with an industry leader.

Job responsibilities include:

  • Maintain and repair production equipment including motors, pumps, welding equipment, and other machinery throughout the plant.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and electrical issues to minimize downtime and support continuous production.
  • Collaborate with production teams to ensure timely and effective equipment repairs in a fast-paced environment.
  • Interpret and work from mechanical and electrical prints.
  • Support facility maintenance needs and adapt to a flexible schedule, including weekend and shift work as required.

What We Are Looking For

  • Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude, with experience troubleshooting and repairing industrial equipment.
  • Basic understanding of pneumatic and hydraulic systems, including the ability to read and interpret mechanical and electrical prints.
  • Basic computer skills and good organizational abilities to manage tasks and documentation.
  • Knowledge of local chemical waste removal code is preferred.
