As the Property Manager at our 65-unit apartment community, Woodland Commons in Kittery, ME you will be working closely with the Maintenance Supervisor in the day-to-day operations.

Job Requirements:

• Strong commitment to supporting our community and residents
• Ability to organize and prioritize work
• Be able to effectively communicate and collaborate with others
• Working knowledge of affordable housing programs, such as HUD and LIHTC
• Previous experience in Property Management preferred
