Delivery Driver (CDL B Required)

This is a full-time driver position responsible for delivering lumber and building materials to customer job sites using a Class C box truck and other company vehicles. While the majority of deliveries are completed with a box truck, a valid CDL B license is required so the successful candidate can occasionally provide backup coverage for our CDL delivery fleet when needed. Kevin Hancock, Hancock Lumber CEO What You'll Do Safely transport and deliver lumber and building materials to customer locations.Primarily operate a Class C box truck for scheduled deliveries.Provide backup coverage on CDL B delivery vehicles as business needs require.Load, unload, and properly secure building materials.Verify delivery paperwork and ensure materials are delivered accurately.Provide outstanding customer service at jobsites and customer locations.Conduct vehicle inspections and report maintenance concerns.Follow all safety policies, DOT regulations, and company procedures.Work closely with yard, dispatch, and sales teams to support customer needs.
