The Operations Manager is the main point of contact and connection between Lark-managed Hospitality Assets and above-property supporting departments. This role helps the General Manager plan for the future of the business, supports appropriate hiring, training, and development of their team, and holds the General Manager accountable for financial performance and overall condition of the asset. The Operations Manager also supports communication with ownership, is knowledgeable about the property's financial performance and market forecast, travels to properties, interacts with staff, supports guest interactions, and exemplifies Lark's core values.
