Underwriting Clerk

1. Review information provided by loan processors for accuracy and completeness and prepare and send DocuSign packets for new loans and miscellaneous loan modifications. 2. Assist with scanning and electronic filing of loan and miscellaneous documents, ensuring documents are properly organized and accessible. 3. Provide backup support for loan title processing, including logging new loans, updating tracking records, submitting title applications, filing received titles, and following up with the state, dealerships, and staff to resolve title-related issues. 4. Assist Underwriting with data entry, loan booking, and ongoing administrative support to ensure accurate and timely loan processing. 5. Complete daily reports, retrieve required loan documents from the vault, and assist with insurance tracking and cancellations to support the Underwriting Coordinator. 6. Support departmental and organizational priorities through additional responsibilities, cross-functional collaboration, and special projects as assigned.
