Financial Service Associate

***Hourly rate includes a $3.00 shift premium for front line member contact. Start pay is $20.16 plus $3.00 shift premium, upon successful completion of your Introductory Period you will receive a $0.50 raise. Your role is centered on creating a welcoming experience for members, helping them achieve financial success, and contributing to the overall success of the branch. On a typical day, you will assist members with a variety of banking and financial needs, including processing deposits, withdrawals, payments, and other account transactions. Help members open new accounts, update account information, answer questions about products and services, and guide them toward solutions that support their financial goals. Throughout the day, work to identify opportunities to recommend products and services that may benefit members while ensuring every interaction is accurate, efficient, and positive. Help resolve routine account issues, process disputes, verify documentation, and maintain the confidentiality of member information. In addition, I support branch operations collaborating with my teammates to ensure excellent service.
