Engineer/Scientist IV

Tharros is seeking a Lead Systems Engineer to serve as a senior technical leader supporting a Department of Defense customer across the design, development, deployment, integration, and sustainment of complex enterprise systems. This role will lead technical projects, ensure alignment with customer requirements, engineering standards, architectures, and DoD policies, and provide strategic engineering guidance across current and future capabilities. The ideal candidate brings senior-level experience in systems engineering, technical leadership, enterprise architecture, and complex system integration, with expertise in areas such as data architecture, master data management, and data analytics. This individual will collaborate with senior technical and organizational leaders to shape strategic technical direction and successfully execute modernization efforts supporting enterprise business, logistics, and workforce systems.
