Role Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and intellectually curious Senior Analyst to join the Legal Department’s Intellectual Property Group. This role provides critical support in managing and protecting the organization’s global intellectual property assets, while enabling the business to innovate efficiently, compliantly, and in alignment with enterprise risk standards.
The Senior Analyst plays a key role across IP portfolio management, enforcement, licensing, brand protection, trade secret governance, third‑party IP and data compliance, and the development of scalable tools, training, and self‑service capabilities that operationalize intellectual property best practices across the firm.
Positioned at the intersection of intellectual property law and innovative marketing and product development, the successful candidate will partner closely with attorneys, technologists, risk professionals, and business stakeholders across the enterprise. The role requires sound judgment, a strong sense of ownership, and comfort navigating evolving legal and technological landscapes within a highly regulated environment.

Base Salary Ranges

$87, 000.00 - $148, 000.00 for the location of: Maryland, Colorado, Washington and remote workersPlacement within the range provided above is based on the individual’s relevant experience and skills for the role. Base salary is only one component of our total compensation package. Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus, which is determined upon company and individual performance.
