Description:

Responsible for the monitoring and correction of the blow molding process in the blow molding department. Has a working knowledge of all blow molding lines and the process capabilities needed. Assists the department in driving continuous improvement to improve performance.

You Will

  • Monitor all process changes in the blow molding department, monitors process capabilities of equipment, monitors department held ware and scrap, and develops corrective actions to resolve department opportunities as needed.
  • Monitor QAUTO and SPC data daily and reacts accordingly; working with appropriate members of blow molding department.
  • Collaborate with appropriate associates to develop and execute training for blow molding department.

    Works with department to maintain and/or improve ISO standards, food safety defense program, and TPM objectives.

You Have

  • High School diploma or GED; BS in Engineering field a plus.
  • Knowledge of or previous experience in SPC, Quality programs, and Lean Manufacturing.
  • Project management skills or capabilities
  • Demonstrated proficiency of computer skills; including but not limited to Microsoft Office applications, SAP, etc.
  • Strong communication skills, written and verbal.
  • Able to build working relationships with all levels of the workforce as well as external customers.
