Maximus TCS (Technology and Consulting Services) Internal Job Profile Code: TCS215, T5, Band 8

Job-Specific Minimum Requirements:

- 10 years of overall experience in the functional area. A bachelor's degree in related field required. Master's degree may substitute for 2 years of experience.

- 10 years of full-stack software development experience in object-oriented and scripted languages with the ability to apply several tool suites related to DevSecOps, microservices and containers.

- At least five (5) years' experience working with DoD COCOM and other Service Cyber Components.

- At least five (5) years' experience with DoD Force Readiness requirements as it pertains to training and development (people, assets, & infrastructure).

- Demonstrated experience in preparing, conducting, and documenting various systems tests and results to verify system operability and compliance with project standards and requirements.

- 5 years of experience with bug tracking software (e.g., Jira).

- 5 years of experience testing web-based applications.

- 5 years demonstrated experience leading software development programs/projects.

- TS/SCI clearance required.

- Practical experience integrating Restful interfaces and sending/receiving Restful commands.

- Practical experience developing and deploying software in a cloud environment

Required Certifications:

- DoD IAT-II (ie Security+)

Desired Qualifications:

- Experience using Agile Test Driven development

- Experience integrating into DoD DevSecOps environments
