As an Experienced Associate in our Family Office group, you will support the day-to-day accounting operations and reporting for ultra-high-net-worth individuals and their related entities.

Family Office Accounting & Operations

  • Assist with accounting and financial reporting for ultra-high-net-worth individuals and their related entities

  • Maintain general ledgers across multiple business and investment entities

  • Support monthly and year-end close processes, including financial statement preparation

  • Prepare reconciliations of cash and other balance sheet accounts

  • Assist with accounting for investment activity and related reporting

Accounts Payable & Financial Administration

  • Process vendor invoices and support approval and payment workflows

  • Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and supporting documentation

  • Assist with tracking and recording investment-related transactions as needed

  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data across accounting systems

Process Improvement & Documentation

  • Create and maintain clear documentation for accounting processes and assigned tasks

  • Identify opportunities to improve workflows, reporting processes, and operational efficiency

  • Support implementation of process improvements and best practices across the team

  • Assist with additional projects and responsibilities as assigned

Who You Are

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field

  • Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Proficiency with Excel and accounting software such as QuickBooks Enterprise

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, client-focused environment

  • Strong technology mindset and willingness to learn new systems

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with family office or investment clients

  • Experience with accounting for investments, including private equity or hedge funds

  • Experience with investment reporting and reconciling investment accounts

Estimated Base Range: $60, 000 - 80, 000*

*Base compensation offered to candidates are determined based on factors such as candidate's relevant skillset, experience, licensure, and certifications, as well as job responsibilities, geography, market considerations, and organizational needs.
