Salary: $70, 000 - $85, 000 (depending on years of experience) \n

POSITION SUMMARY: \n
Manage retail customer accounts to deliver leading volume and revenue growth of our portfolio of brands, entrenching the organization as a key strategic business partner to each customer.
\n
\n
REPRESENTATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES: \n
The following responsibilities are general duties that a particular employee in this position may or may not be required to perform. The actual duties required of this position may vary.
\n
\n
\n- Develop trusting relationships with your retail chain customers, elevating our perception with each retailer as a strategic business partner.
\n- Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements, from buying desk/c-suite to store level.
\n- Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet our mutual business objectives.
\n- Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams, inclusive of brand partners.
\n- Evaluate ROI prior to recommending POS or customized solutions.
\n- Deliver CMA budget for your accounts.
\n- Develop and execute account specific CMA programs.
\n- Assist in development and delivery of annual business review at each of your accounts.
\n- Increase authorization/distribution of all packages and products.
\n- Post ad analysis and evaluate promotional effectiveness.
\n- Follow-up all key account calls with a call summary.
\n- Track Feature Ad activity at your accounts.
\n- Performs other duties as required.
\n

EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION: \n
\n
\n- Bachelor's Degree in related field and 5 years Sales/Marketing Management experience; OR 7 years Sales/Marketing Management experience.
\n- Must maintain a valid Driver's License.
\n- Related training or certification.
\n- Experience working in a team environment.
\n
