Our Logistics and Mission Support Division is seeking a Warehouse Manager to join our team in support of Command and Control CBRN Response Element - Bravo (C2CRE-B) and Defense CBRN Response Force mission (DCRF). About the Role: The Warehouse Manager is responsible for 100% accountability of warehoused and dispatched equipment, inventory auditing, and logistical project management in support of DCRF/C2CRE-B sustainment, recovery, refresh, warehousing, and fielding operations. This is a hands-on leadership position responsible for coordinating daily warehouse operations, personnel and workload priorities, inventory accountability, equipment movement, receiving and shipping activities, staging, storage, and logistical support for multiple concurrent program activities. The Warehouse Manager serves as a primary coordination point between the Program Manager and the warehouse/logistics team and works closely with Senior FSRs, CBRNE Technicians, logisticians, maintenance personnel, vendors, and shipping providers to ensure warehouse activities remain aligned with program schedules and mission requirements. Leadership Expectations The Warehouse Manager is expected to be a hands-on leader who takes ownership of daily warehouse operations, maintains equipment accountability, communicates priorities clearly, and identifies and addresses problems before they affect program execution. The successful candidate should demonstrate reliability, accountability, initiative, organization, professional communication, sound judgment, and the ability to lead by example while working collaboratively across the program. The position requires regular communication with the Program Manager and coordination across technical, field, logistics, and warehouse functions to maintain alignment with program priorities and mission requirements. Key Responsibilities Maintain 100% accountability of warehoused and dispatched program equipment. Oversee inventories, cycle counts, reconciliations, inventory audits, and discrepancy resolution. Coordinate and oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, staging, storage, equipment movement, packing, shipping, and timely dispatch of equipment. Plan and prioritize warehouse workload, personnel, equipment, and resources based on program schedules and mission requirements. Support simultaneous DCRF/C2CRE-B sustainment, recovery, refresh, and fielding activities. Manage warehouse staging and work areas to support efficient equipment flow and prevent operational bottlenecks. Coordinate MHE requirements and equipment movements. Maintain organized storage locations and proper segregation and accountability of DCRF and C2CRE-B assets. Coordinate receipt and staging of mission equipment returning from supported units for inspection and refresh. Coordinate preparation, staging, packing, and shipment of equipment for sustainment, fielding, and other program activities. Ensure receiving, inventory, packing, shipping, and equipment-accountability documentation is complete and accurate. Support accountability and management of GFP, ASL material, and other program assets. Coordinate with CBRNE Technicians, Senior FSRs, logisticians, and maintenance personnel to move equipment efficiently through inspection, maintenance, repair, quality assurance, storage, and outbound staging. Identify, troubleshoot, and elevate warehouse, logistics, inventory, or equipment issues that could affect readiness, fielding, or program schedules. Monitor warehouse workload, space utilization, material availability, and logistical requirements and communicate potential constraints to the Program Manager. Provide day-to-day direction, workload coordination, and operational guidance to warehouse and logistics personnel. Provide routine warehouse status updates and communicate emerging issues, schedule risks, and resource requirements to the Program Manager. Participate in internal program meetings and applicable Government meetings to maintain awareness of program priorities and upcoming logistical requirements. Support purchasing activities by reviewing and validating vendor quotes, submitting required information through established approval processes, and following up on outstanding procurement actions. Coordinate with vendors, shipping providers, and other external resources as required to support program logistics. Ensure procurement support activities comply with company procedures and program requirements. Support development and continuous improvement of warehouse processes, work instructions, inventory-control procedures, and logistical workflows. Support training and cross-training of warehouse and logistics personnel. Ensure warehouse areas remain safe, clean, organized, and compliant with applicable company and Government requirements.
