Our Logistics and Mission Support Division is seeking a Senior Field Service Representative to join our team in support of Command and Control CBRN Response Element - Bravo (C2CRE-B) and Defense CBRN Response Force mission (DCRF). About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Senior Field Service Representative to provide technical program support, sustainment-level maintenance, and onsite fielding support for CBRNE mission equipment. The Senior FSR will serve as the primary field and technical representative for assigned Urban Search & Rescue (US& R) and Mass Casualty Decontamination System (MCAS) equipment sets and supported military units. This position requires extensive travel to military installations throughout the United States to conduct sustainment activities, equipment inspections, recovery and fielding operations, technical support, and equipment familiarization. The Senior FSR is expected to work independently and communicate directly and professionally with unit commanders, military leadership, Soldiers, Government representatives, and other program stakeholders to coordinate support requirements and maintain equipment readiness throughout the mission cycle. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary technical and field point of contact for assigned US& R and MCAS units. Provide technical program support, sustainment-level maintenance, and onsite fielding support for assigned CBRNE mission equipment. Establish and maintain professional working relationships with unit commanders, military leadership, Soldiers, Government representatives, and program stakeholders. Coordinate directly with supported units before, during, and after scheduled field activities. Conduct onsite sustainment visits, equipment inspections, PMCS, inventories, technical assessments, and equipment familiarization. Support equipment sustainment, recovery, refresh, recertification, and fielding throughout the equipment lifecycle. Evaluate equipment condition and identify shortages, maintenance requirements, damaged components, calibration and shelf-life requirements, and potential obsolescence concerns. Identify equipment-readiness risks and communicate requirements to the Program Manager and appropriate program personnel. Coordinate repair requirements, replacement parts, Authorized Stockage List (ASL) support, and other logistics actions necessary to maintain mission readiness. Lead joint inventories with supported military units during equipment recovery and fielding activities. Verify equipment configuration, serial-number accountability, load plans, packing documentation, and applicable equipment records. Support resolution of fielding discrepancies, missing or damaged equipment, and equipment-readiness concerns. Maintain accurate equipment, maintenance, inventory, and field-support information within the program's Logistics Information System (LIS). Prepare trip reports and required documentation following field activities. Maintain awareness of supported units' upcoming training, mission requirements, and operational events to anticipate support requirements. Provide technical guidance, equipment familiarization, and sustainment support to Soldiers and Government personnel. Support warehouse refresh activities when not traveling, including equipment inspection, technical assessment, maintenance coordination, quality verification, and preparation for fielding. Assist with identification of equipment obsolescence and technical evaluation of potential replacement solutions. Support development and continuous improvement of program work instructions, technical procedures, and lessons learned. Train and mentor CBRN Logisticians and other program personnel supporting US& R and MCAS equipment. Coordinate with the Program Manager, Warehouse Manager, CBRN Technicians, logisticians, maintenance personnel, and other Senior FSRs to support changing priorities and surge requirements.
