Deloitte is hiring a Release Manager - Project - Delivery Management Engineer III in Baltimore, MD. This is a full-time position, and requiring a bachelor degree.

For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in Maryland, Deloitte is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This compensation range is specific to Maryland and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $102, 800 to $171, 300.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
- Designing and implementing secure, next-gen solutions that support critical missions
- Collaborating with technical leaders, business stakeholders, and a multidisciplinary team to align scalable and secure solutions with organizational and program goals
- Contributing to technical strategy and delivery planning
- Leading requirements sessions to define business and technical needs

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of experience with requirements gathering
- Experience with requirements management
- Experience conducting design reviews and working with technical staff
- Must be able to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
Preferred:
- Experience in a consulting environment
- Experience in the government industry
