Description:
Who We Are Looking For We're seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to oversee our Global Operations Centres across key regions. This role ensures seamless 24/7 medical operations, drives team performance, and upholds the highest standards of care and professionalism.
What You Will Be Doing Leadership & Strategy - Lead regional teams (Medical Managers, Specialists, Coordinators) across multiple time zones.
- Ensure consistent, high-quality medical responses and operational excellence.
- Collaborate globally to maintain seamless 24/7 coverage and support.
Medical Operations - Oversee complex medical cases, including evacuations and escalations.
- Provide expert guidance on travel risk assessments and contingency planning.
- Support client needs with subject matter expertise.
Team Development - Manage recruitment, training, and performance of medical operations staff.
- Foster a high-performing, motivated, and collaborative team culture.
Quality & Compliance - Ensure adherence to SOPs, data protection, and quality standards.
- Review and approve external communications and reports.
Operational Oversight - Manage regional platforms, technology, and staffing rosters.
- Drive cost-effective solutions and continuous process improvement.
- Support emergency coverage and on-call duties as needed.
Client & Commercial Engagement - Represent Medical Operations in client meetings and internal forums.
- Partner with commercial teams to support client relationships and growth.
Global Leadership - Contribute to strategic initiatives and global leadership projects.
- Support audits and lead on critical incident (CAT) escalations.
What You Will Bring - 10+ years of experience, including 5+ in operations center leadership.
- Proven team management and crisis response expertise.
- Strong communication, analytical, and project management skills.
- Tech-savvy with experience in Salesforce and Microsoft Office.
- Bachelor's degree required; multilingual skills a plus.
