- Provide speech/language evaluations and deliver therapy services (direct and consultative) aligned with student IEPs
- Develop measurable IEP goals and collaborate with educators, families, and related service providers.
- Maintain timely documentation and ensure compliance with applicable school and state requirements (including COMAR)
- Support staff with strategies and tools that enhance communication, including assistive technology as needed
- Participate in team meetings, professional development, and other school-based activitie.s
What You BringEducation & Licensure
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
- Maryland SLP license (current)
- ASHA CCC-SLP or eligibility for certification
Experience & Skills
- At least 1 year of relevant experience (school setting or working with children/individuals with disabilities preferred)
- Strong collaboration skills and a student-centered, compassionate approach
- Acceptable driving record (may be required based on assignment)
